This was a very good price for a replacement batter for my asus Inspiron 15 5000 Series laptop. It was fairly easy to take out the old battery (need a small phillips head screwdriver) and it only took a few minutes. This replacement battery was up and running in no time. I only am a bit concerned that this replacement battery only has about 3 hours of use (when not plugged into with charger). I was hoping it would have provided a longer battery life.

asus laptop like 4 years old and original battery only lasting like 40 minutes so upgraded battery and ram. Not as easy as most of my previous laptops, lot of screws and pry off back cover. New battery worked well and gave me like 4 hours of battery life.

Getting inside the case is the only difficult part of replacing this battery. Fortunately, I have done this before on asus laptop computers, and once you do it the first time it is not difficult. Lots of screws to remove though, and nice to have a tiny power screwdriver to do this job. These are very easy to drop and then hard to find. I use a bright light for this, works wonders. Also helps sometimes to have a strong magnet to pick them up from carpeting. Take it slowly and carefully, and it will take a little bit of time, but works out easily. If you plan any upgrades such as a SSD or adding memory do it at the same time.

I was so relieved to see that NinjaBatt made a battery for the model asus I was working on, love the reliability of their products. The battery arrived fast and was easy to install, fit perfectly. At first I thought I did something wrong on the install, only charged to 42%, then realized the owner gave me an underpowered ac adapter. I plugged in a Zozo universal 90w adapter I had laying around. Shortly thereafter I was up to 100% on the battery. Thank you!!!
